🪟 Two Chats, Side by Side (New Feature)

Run two conversations at once: Open a second chat or project beside the one you're in and work in both. Each side keeps its own model, web search setting, files, and draft, and both can be answering at the same time
Open it from wherever you are: Right-click any chat, any project, or the New Chat button, or pick "Open In Split Pane" from a three-dot menu
Send someone both: The pairing is part of the page address, so a refresh brings it back and a link you share opens the same two chats for whoever you send it to
Close either side: Closing the left pane hands the page over to the chat you were reading on the right, so you keep what you were looking at
Set the balance you want: Drag the divider to give each side more or less room, and the width is remembered for next time
Find both in the sidebar: The chat in the second pane gets its own tint so you can spot it in the list

🔗 Share Any Chat (New Feature)

A chat no longer needs a project: Add people to any chat, give each of them a role, and work together in it. The members panel, roles, and the "Share with everyone" switch now work everywhere
Collaborate live: Typing indicators and messages arrive as they happen in shared chats, whether or not the chat sits in a project
Send a link: Copy a link to any chat from its three-dot menu and send it. Anyone with access opens straight into the conversation
Know what's shared at a glance: A chat open to your whole cloud shows the everyone icon, and one shared with specific people shows a group icon
Shared chats find their place: A chat moves to the Team tab as soon as you share it, and the sidebar opens to the right tab when you get there
Moving a shared chat is handled for you: Move one into a project and you're told if some of its people aren't project members yet — add them to the project, or take them off the chat first

🌱 Start a New Chat From Any Message (New Feature)

Branch a conversation: "New chat from here" on any message copies everything above it into a fresh chat and leaves the original exactly as it was, so you can explore a different direction without losing where you came from
The whole setup comes along: The project, members and their roles, instructions, apps, connectors, and files all carry over. Copied messages keep their original author and time, so a shared conversation still reads correctly
Branch from a prompt and get an answer: Start from one of your own messages and it's answered again in the new chat, with no retyping
Reword on the way out: Edit & Rerun has a branch button beside Send, so you can rewrite a prompt and point it at a different model as it moves into the new chat
Retry where you'd look for it: Retry now sits on your own message next to Copy and Edit, with the choice of the same model or a different one

☁️ Move a Cloud to Another Subscription (New Feature)

Move a cloud between subscriptions you manage: Pick it from the menu next to the cloud on your billing page, choose a destination, and see what will happen before you commit
Decide who comes with it: Choose which members move along from a checklist, with a running count of how many to leave behind to fit the destination's seat limit
If the destination is full: You're told before you confirm that the cloud will arrive read-only until a slot opens up
Move a chat to another cloud: Chats can be moved between clouds from the same menu you use to move them into a project

📁 Drive — Bulk Actions & Sharing (Improvement)

Share a whole selection at once: Pick several files and folders and set who can see them in one step — private, specific people with view or edit access, or everyone in your cloud
Know what's included before you confirm: Items owned by someone else are called out and skipped, since only an owner can change sharing. If part of a batch doesn't go through, you get a per-item reason and a retry for just those
Pick a destination from a folder tree: Moving files now shows your folders as an expandable tree you can open, close, and search, with matching branches opening themselves
Copy a link from the sharing panel: The link sits under the people you're sharing with, shows the actual address, and appears once someone else can open the item
Select on a phone: Checkboxes in Drive's grid view are always visible, so multi-select works on touch screens

📎 Attach Files You Already Have (New Feature)

Browse your Drive from chat: Pick "Drive" from the attach menu and choose from what you already have instead of uploading it again
Find it the way you would in Drive: Move between My Files, Shared Files, AI Files and Favorites, open folders, search by name, filter by type, and switch between list and grid
Check before you attach: Preview a file first, and a badge on each one shows who it's shared with
Take several at once: Select up to 25 files in one go, with a running count at the bottom
Nothing gets duplicated: Files are attached by reference, so your original is untouched and you don't end up with copies
Only what everyone can see: A file that isn't shared with everyone in the chat can't be selected, and tells you who's missing

🤖 New AI Model

Gemini 3.7 Flash: Google's newest fast model joins the picker, built for complex, multi-step work and coding
Room to work: It takes in around 750,000 words at once, so long documents and long conversations fit

📝 Documents (Improvement)

Exports that match the page: PDFs come out as real US Letter pages with an inch of margin all round, and page breaks fall between blocks so a heading or table row is never cut in half
Always a clean white page: PDF, image, and HTML exports come out on white with dark text whichever theme you're working in, and tables keep the column widths you set
Checklists survive a Word export: Ticked items export as a checked box with a line through them, unticked as an empty box
Export while you carry on: The button shows its progress while a file is built, and a second export can be queued behind the first
Your work saves itself: Edits save quietly in the background as you write, and a save that doesn't land is retried rather than lost
Formatting comes back as you left it: Underline, highlight, superscript, subscript, keyboard keys, and text and background colours all come back the same way after a save, and text containing angle brackets stays intact
Ask for changes with confidence: Requested edits are applied reliably, and anything that can't be changed says why in plain language

💬 Chat Improvements

Search finds all of your chats: Your own private chats and chats shared with just a few people turn up in sidebar search alongside cloud-wide ones
See where a chat is going before you move it: The project picker shows how far each project reaches — Private, "Shared · 4 members", or Everyone — with your role beside it, least-exposed projects first
Read what a move will do: Before you confirm, you're told exactly who will be able to see the chat and its full history
Stop a response and keep what came back: The partial answer stays in the conversation with its retry button, and the thinking indicator clears as soon as the turn ends
Counts keep up: Project and chat counts in the sidebar update as soon as a move finishes

🛠️ Skills (Improvement)

Use Skills on any screen: The list comes first on a laptop, tablet, or phone, and picking a skill slides its detail in with a way back to the list
Open a long list quickly: Skills load a page at a time with a Load more button
Easier to scan: Each skill gets its own row with a coloured icon and more room to breathe, and a wider list when the settings navigation is collapsed
Choose personal or shared once: The visibility choice sits at the top of the Add Skill dialog and carries through whether you build a skill from scratch or upload one
Mention connectors and apps while you write: Type `@@` in a skill and pick from the same list you get in chat, in the formatted editor, the plain-text view, and the description

⚙️ Personalization (Improvement)

Set your text size: Choose Small, Medium, or Large in General Settings and it applies across the whole app, right from the moment the page appears
Your settings follow you: Text size and your beta features choice are saved to your account, so they're the same on every browser and device you sign in on
Panels that fit the screen: Side panels open full screen on a phone, and the handle for resizing one appears as you bring your pointer near its edge

🔐 Privacy & Safety

Google services only reach AI providers cleared to receive them: Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive work with models from providers that don't reserve the right to train on what they're sent. Anything else is switched off automatically
You're told before you pick: A model that can't use Google services carries a "No Google connectors" badge in settings, and setting up a custom model shows a note with a link to the policy behind it
And told again in chat: Choose such a model and a note explains which services are unavailable and what to switch to — dismiss it once and it stays dismissed on every device. Google services are greyed out in the mention picker while it's selected
A chat is visible only to the people on it: Chats, projects, and messages carry the same access controls as every other record in your cloud, so only the people actually on a chat can open it or read its contents
A word before your first upload: A one-time notice explains that files can carry hidden instructions aimed at the AI, so you only upload from sources you trust

✅ Tasks — Clearer Views (Improvement)

My Tasks is yours: The tasks you own and still hold yourself, with anything you've handed off moved out of the way
Assigned To Me: Tasks someone else owns and gave to you
Shared: Your own tasks that you've assigned out, so you can follow what you've delegated
Each task in one place: The three people-based views don't overlap, so a task shows up in exactly one of them
Assign when you mean to: A new task starts with you as the owner and no one assigned, until you choose someone
Completed tasks where you're working: Reach them from the status filter inside any view

💳 Plans & Billing (Improvement)

Buy credits without leaving the page: A link in your usage overview opens the purchase panel right there, and the row shows even when your balance is empty so you know the option exists
Credits carry over: Prepaid credits roll over rather than expiring at the end of a period
See what a new plan already covers: Before you confirm a plan change, you're shown which extra clouds or seats the new plan includes, the exact credit for the extras you'll stop paying separately for, and the invoice date it lands on
Understand the credit: An explanation covers why unused time comes back on your next invoice rather than reducing today's charge
Team projects stay with you: Projects and chats created on a larger plan remain visible and usable on a single-seat plan, with a clear note and an upgrade link when a new team chat needs another seat
Choose a plan right after signing up: Checkout starts reliably in the moments while your account is still being set up, and a subscription that can't be loaded says so and offers a retry
A scheduled plan change stays visible: A change you've scheduled shows as pending right up until it takes effect
Billing from your phone: Tapping Account in the mobile app opens billing in your browser with your existing session, and only asks you to sign in if that session has expired

🧩 Apps (New Feature, Beta)

An apps library: Browse the apps available to your cloud, search them, and read what each one does before a cloud admin installs one
Work with your records: An installed app shows its data in a table you can sort, search, resize, and page through, and any record opens in a side panel to read or edit
Create and edit in place: Add a record from the table with required fields marked and a draft saved if you step away, and edit fields directly — addresses with lookup, tags, checklists, and multi-value fields you can clear one value at a time
Keep your favourites close: Pin installed apps to the sidebar rail and browse for more from the Apps menu
Mention your own apps: Apps built in your cloud appear under their own heading in the `@@` picker, and hovering a mention shows what the app does with a link straight to it

📂 Files From Your Connected Drives (New Feature, Beta)

Browse them from inside Drive: Turn on a shortcut for Google Drive, OneDrive, or Microsoft 365 and open it in the same table as My Files, with folders, breadcrumbs, sizes, and dates
Nothing moves until you say so: The listing is read live from the service — nothing is copied or indexed until you add a file
Add one or add a batch: Bring a single file into My Files from its row, or select several and add them together
Already added, clearly marked: Files you've brought in show the date you added them, and clicking that mark opens your copy
Search and filter at the source: Search by name and narrow to Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, images, video, or audio, with big folders paging properly
Open it where it lives: Click a file's name to open it in Google Drive or OneDrive itself
Clear reasons when a file can't be added: You're told which size limit or file type is in the way
Pick the right Microsoft account: Connecting OneDrive asks which account to use, so more than one drive is no problem

🐛 Bug Fixes

Approval requests name the recipient: A request to send a Teams message shows the real chat, team, or channel name, and the message goes to exactly the recipient you approved
Notifications open the right chat: A notification about a chat outside a project takes you straight to it
One event, one meeting, one record: Asking for a calendar event, a meeting, or a record creates exactly one of them
Group chats stay in step: When a reply ends or is stopped, everyone in the chat sees it end
Pictures in records keep loading: Images and attachments embedded in records, comments, and app descriptions stay available, and ones that had stopped loading come back
Media fields clear properly: Clearing an image, video, or audio field on a record empties it
Skills stay responsive: Opening a skill and editing its files keeps the page quick
Images in documents: Dragging an image inside a document works smoothly
Rich text opens from Drive: A formatted document opens as the finished page whatever the file is named
Layout and readability: Settings, Drive, and the new-record form read well on smaller screens, and selection and form fields are easier to see
